Maurice Dawkins (Coricopat), born and raised in New York City, is so elated to be a part of the Jellicle tribe! He has performed in shows such as NewsiesMamma MiaSouth PacificMiracle on 34th Street, and even CATS with Royal Caribbean, and has danced with a number of regional ballet and contemporary dance companies. He is grateful for the invaluable knowledge and training he acquired at LaGuardia H.S., Sarah Lawrence College, Rosie’s Theatre Kids (where his performance training began), and for the generous artists he has performed alongside over the years. Giovanni DiGabriele (Skimbleshanks) is so excited to be touring the country with the Broadway 1st National Tour of Cats after just recently touring with the Broadway 1st National Tour of A Bronx Tale as “Handsome Nick, Calogero u/s.” A Philadelphia native and graduate of Drexel University with an Accounting/Business degree, he has toured the U.S. and Canada with other Broadway shows including A Chorus Line as “Al” and Rodger’s and Hammerstein’s Cinderella. Other credits include regional theatres such as Goodspeed Opera House where he worked with Stephen Schwartz and Charles Strouse on a newly-revised version of Rags, Walnut Street Theatre, Maine State Music Theatre, Fulton Theatre, and Prince Music Theatre. Giovanni started taking dance classes at 19 years old at schools such as Artists in Motion and the Rock School for Dance Education, so he is honored and ecstatic to be a part of this iconic dance show. He is also a teacher and has taught several masterclasses at theatre and dance schools around the country including the Arden Theatre Company, Music Theatre Philly, Goodspeed Opera House, Artists in Motion, and with Broadway Connection where he enjoys sharing his passion and love for the arts with young performers.

Alexa Racioppi (Demeteris so excited to be a part of the CATS family! Born in San Francisco, CA, and raised in Wyckoff, NJ; she is a lover of both coasts. Her dance career began with the opportunity to perform at Carnegie Hall at the age of 10, and again at 12. She went on to train with The American Ballet Theatre and Manhattan Youth Ballet. Alexa is a graduate of Montclair State University having received both a BFA in Dance Performance and a BFA in Musical Theatre. A proud Puerto Rican Italian American, Alexa is an avid space enthusiast, and would probably study astrophysics if she were to return to school for a third degree! Austin Joseph Reynolds (Dance Captain/ Swing) was raised in Lake Orion, Michigan just outside of Detroit. He is an alumnus of The Juilliard School’s Dance Division, under the direction of Lawerence Rhodes, and Interlochen Arts Academy’s Dance and Drama Divisions. In May of 2017, after completing his BFA, Austin joined a Contemporary Ballet company called the Aspen Santa Fe Ballet. After two seasons, in June of 2019, Austin left the company to pursue Musical Theatre. He is humbled to be joining the National Tour of CATS! He would like to thank Andy and Kim for this awesome opportunity, as well as his family for their constant love and support in this new adventure.

His versatility as a performer has led to roles in both opera and musical theatre. Some favorite roles include: Kiss Me Kate (Fred Graham), Sweeney Todd (Tobias), A Christmas Carol (Jacob Marley/Fezziwig), Hansel and Gretel (The Witch), A Midsummer Night’s Dream (Francis Flute).
